Student Success Block (SSB)

Purpose of SSB: 

Every student receives core instruction in English Language Arts and Math at Indian Trail. The Student Success Block exists to provide students with an opportunity for enrichment, intervention, and extension beyond the core instruction in reading, writing, and math. 

How Does this Work: 

• Students are flexibility grouped within their grade level to participate in learning opportunities in reading, writing, and math.
• In addition to the grade level teachers we flood the SSB time with additional staff members who can pull groups of students for learning opportunities
• Teachers use data to decide the learning options for students. These opportunities are fluid and change depending on the need of the student.
